Sunday Times Article

I know this is a bit late, but here’s the article (mostly an interview with my brother) in last week’s Sunday Times. Forgive me my crooked smile in the photo!

Don’t be silly the photo looks great. You’re right not to want to leave Dingle. If I thought I could convince my better half to relocate down there, I’d be down in a shot.

Lovely write-up – and the picture is fine – no one likes their own pic tho… Me included!

Random question – did you ever, at any point, try out a pear icecream with chocolate chunks? It’s just that I seem to remember trying (and loving) this flavour from your shop a few years back…

Thanks, everyone. Jen – we have made a pear with chocolate. Pear can be a tricky flavour, though. I’ll try to write up a recipe sometime soon.
