Don’t be silly the photo looks great. You’re right not to want to leave Dingle. If I thought I could convince my better half to relocate down there, I’d be down in a shot.

Random question - did you ever, at any point, try out a pear icecream with chocolate chunks? It’s just that I seem to remember trying (and loving) this flavour from your shop a few years back…

Thanks, everyone. Jen - we have made a pear with chocolate. Pear can be a tricky flavour, though. I’ll try to write up a recipe sometime soon.
