		<description>I like this list but have been somewhat baffled by the process. Although I like it that you can nominate a best place to live, there has been no forum for dissenting voices. 

Sure &quot;Killarney&quot; (or other) might be wonderful places but the entries can sound a bit like (local authority sponsored) cheerleading. At least the other Quality of Life in Ireland site http://www.likeplace.ie allows you to do the dish the dirt. 

Of course, that is open to abuse too - with people running down an area - but it may allow some balance?</description>
