Happy New year to you and yours! Thanks for inspiring me to use my ice cream maker more with your wonderful recipes last year. It’s now in easy reach in my kitchen and we gifted each of our children’s families with an ice cream maker and your web address at Christmas!
We missed our trip to Ireland last year but Dingle sure looks like the place to be for New Year! I’m lobbying for that: Christmas and New Year in Dingle!
