Nothing bacterialogical could survive the boiling process, so it&#039;s only chemical contamination that would be a worry... I&#039;m wondering - do you worry at all about what else you&#039;re getting along with the salt out of our sadly polluted seas? 

Oh! And could you possibly reblog or link to that recipe for fleur de sel chocolate cookies? I can&#039;t find it!</description>

		<description>There&#039;s a Scottish company called acquamara who&#039;re selling bottled seawater to the trade from the hebrides. Makes such a difference when you&#039;re cooking off shellfish or new potatoes. Darina Allen did an article on it recently too</description>
