We recently made an Irish Coffee gelato, using a blend of Colombian/Costa Rican coffees plus a fine Irish Whiskey. It went down an absolute storm, at the Food Festivals we've attended recently; I suspect it'd be perfect for the Dingle Fest. But all of these sound gorgeous....isn't playtime fun?!

Alas though, we can only make an Irish/Celtic Coffee but cannot use Bailey's - as our gelato is made purely from goats' milk & cream.

Best wishes, Jo & Tony @ Lovespoon, deep in wild n'woolly West Wales.
