		<description>Tried this twice. The first time the boiling water at the end just made it too wet and sloppy so it couldn&#039;t dry enough to bake properly and collapsed. The second time, I left out the water and got a better mix, but it rose too high and collapsed as the underlying structure wasn&#039;t there to support the rise. Possibly too much baking powder or the wrong size tin (I used an 8&quot; round tin). It was also still wet in the centre even though I gave it an hour at 180C. Any ideas? I really don&#039;t want to waste the ingredients on a third go without some idea of where I went wrong :)</description>
