Dancing in Killarney

Summerfest is on in Killarney, and last night Cassandra and Sinnan from our Killarney shop got into the spirit of the Street Performing competition with this little dance.
I must admit I took some liberties editing in the people applauding at the end, but I applaud our two dancers, anyway!
PS. Happy 4th of July to all our US friends!

Thanks for the Fourth of July wish!
Kieran, on our last trip to Ireland we stayed in Dingle, but next March we are planning two weeks in Ireland and are seriously thinking of staying in Killarney. Would really like to hear about the best things to see and do.

Hi – lots to do in and around killarney. As a present for ourwedding, my husband and I stayed two nights there and the most memorable thing was to take a rowing boat out to the little island and explore the ruins.
We also have a lovely little chocolate factory by the sea in Ballinskelligs (about 45 minutes away)where you can watch chocolate being made and taste it. We would love to see you there. While visiting us, you must go to Valencia Island and swim!Have a meal at QC’s in Caherciveen too – fabulous fish. Hope that helps!

Brilliant video. I has got me in the holiday mood. We are heading to Killarney this monday for a week and very much looking forward to a few scoops and now maybe some dancing in the shop
On our agenda this visit are Lorge and Skellig&CocoaBean factory. I’m delighted to hear that we can see the chocolate being made Sarah.
My two lasting memories of the Kerry:
- hiring bikes and taking them on a boat over the lakes then cycling the Gap of Dunloe.
- Skellig Island is spectac if you are up for the boat trip.
