It is a messy, messy job working with tempered, soft, lovely, shiny chocolate, I have to tell you. But once you know how to temper chocolate, there is nothing stopping you. Lovely book, but I am more envious of the company of your cat. Just took part in a chocolate making demonstration by Benoit Lorge (organized by Fabulous Food Trail of Dublin).
