We want to give people who normally don't have a chance to show off their gastronomic creations an opportunity for some recognition. We feel allowing professional chefs to enter is an unfair advantage. I will be in Waterford at the Terra Madre food event this Thursday and Friday if anyone would like to come along and ask questions/fill in an entry form! Hope to see some of you there! Aisling.
