It was a big hit! Last year I made a similar mango sorbet but I added raspberry-flavored vodka to slow down the freezing process a tad... but with this recipe, the extra step was definitely not necessary. It came out perfectly smooth and sweet. I have a feeling it would be delicious with ginger spice cookies... I made this last night and served it at an office birthday party this afternoon. It was a big hit!
