		<description>I made this last week for a book club dinner party after finding myself with a bounty of fresh mangos, and now the recipe is happily residing in my personal cookbook.  I have seen many recipes for sorbet here and there, but never knew if they would be worth making. Then I saw this on your site and I thought surely I can trust the Murphys to put out a great sorbet.  Thanks so much for posting your recipes!

		<description>I made this last night and served it at an office birthday party this afternoon.  It was a big hit! Last year I made a similar mango sorbet but I added raspberry-flavored vodka to slow down the freezing process a tad...  but with this recipe, the extra step was definitely not necessary. It came out perfectly smooth and sweet. I have a feeling it would be delicious with ginger spice cookies...</description>
