		<description>I made this ice cream, reducing the sugar slightly, and served it as the Germans would kreuterbutter (herbed compound butter), atop nicely grilled steaks.  The flavors worked beautifully, and the hot-cold contrast sparked some lively conversation.  Followed that with rhubarb compote topped with the same ice cream, and the dinner was a success!  Thanks for the inspiration...</description>

I only wish that my family liked blue cheese, being all alone in this world it gets a bit lonely, though, it could be a novel way of using up those huge chunks of un-eaten blue cheese that get forgotten about. Maybe next time...
