		<description>I found out the hard way that telling folks you are giving them a jar &quot;caramel, made from goat&#039;s milk&quot; doesn&#039;t always get the best reaction.  Best to have unadventurous eaters taste it first, then tell them what&#039;s in it.  

Kieran - if you need any nonperishables, I&#039;d be happy to bring you some stuff at the end of the month - I live in San Francisco, so I have access to most/all Hispanic ingredients.</description>
