		<description>I&#039;ve been looking for a good use of the leftover almond meal I get when chopping almonds for &quot;English&quot; toffee as it is known here in the states. I&#039;m not a fan of store-bought marzipan but this looks and sounds great, especially the dipping in chocolate (that always seems to make things better). I just threw out a 2 pound bag last month that was leftover after chopping 10 pounds of almonds. I&#039;ll have to give this a try next winter when I do my annual candymaking marathon.</description>
