I have a book called the silver spoon, which is apparently the bible of authentic Italian cooking and they have done blueberry risotto, apple risotto and strawberry risotto. Although I don't think they are meant to be sweet, as they have onion or Parmesan in them, it just shows you can put whatever you like in them!
