Inspired by your use of chiles in your drinking chocolate I made some truffles from 8 oz. of bittersweet chocolate, 4 oz. of heavy creme, 2 Tbls. of cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp. of cayenne. I am now a firm believer in chiles+chocolate.

It is appropriate to leave this comment under an essay entitled "I Love Chocolate", since I love chocolate more than anything ...

My documentary film FREEHELD was accepted at the Sundance Film Festival !! It is one of 12 shorts selected, from 4,500 short films submitted. www.freeheld.com

So Kieran: bring your chocolate-loving self to Park City, Utah in January, and witness your old, chocolate-ADORING friend as she has her World Premiere. (You can go skiing with Jeff. Think about it.)
