		<description>I think I can safely say that you are the first person to ever describe my site as a gourmet one. I did a very fine Bob The Builder Spaghetti hoops for my 4-year old son on saturday :-)

Seriously tho, I know an awful pile of old nonsense is spewed about blogging. But in the case of independent food producers in Ireland like yourselves, I think it can be an incredible communications tool. 
Apart from the products themselves, topics like distribution, access to supermarket chains, EU regs on everything etc etc can all be discussed and lessons learned can be shared. I really hope other food producers start posting comments here.</description>
